Shipping and Returns

Shipping UK

We will aim to ship orders within 3 working days of purchase. We offer two shipping options at check out; Royal mail second class (aimed 3 working days) and Royal mail 1st class (aimed next working day).

 EU / International orders

Orders made outside of the UK, including Europe,  are subject to import tax, handling fees etc. This will need to be subsidised directly between the customer and the relevant organisation. Please check fees etc for your relevant country before purchasing

International orders may vary between 5-10 working days depending on which country the item is being shipped to.

Online Returns

We have a 14 day return policy on orders, meaning you have 14 days upon receiving your item(s) to commence the return process with us. Contact wakoswardrobe@gmail.com with your order number to get the return address. 

In order to qualify for a refund the item must be in the same condition as sold, if the item is returned and deemed to have faults not on the garment prior to shipping we will charge the customer postage and return the item to them. Returned items will only be eligible for a refund of the cost of the item, not the shipping costs unless mitigating circumstances arise. 

When returning your items please print out your order summary and place with the item in order for us to process the return correctly.  

Instore returns

In accordance with consumer law regarding the sale of 2nd hand goods, we only offer a 7 day exchange on all purchases made in person. All items must be returned with a receipt and the price tag still attached. If the above criteria doesn't meet we are within our rights to refuse an exchange.
